Name: Raamon Vaccaro, Australian born (Italian father, German mother), 30,
Ever since I was young, I've loved martial arts, acrobatics, and movement in general. I've always dreamed of being a martial arts actor. Jackie movies, my father is a karateman, and various other 80's action films have inspired me. Action is my passion, and I'll never let go!
What Attracts You To Jackie & His Films? Jackie is a through and through entertainer. He wants the audience to enjoy the whole experience, and he brings experimentation and creativity to the table for new and interesting ideas.
What do you admire the most about Jackie? Jackie pushes himself to the limit, for the benefit of others. He'll work a stunt, a scene, a trick, or get hurt as many times as it takes to make the perfect production. He's charitable to those in need, and inspires everyone.
Name 3 Jackie Chan films that come to mind?
Armour of God - Classic adventurer action, huge stunts, cool chewie tricks!
Who am I - The final fight on the roof and jawdropping building slide stunt - a favourite.
Rush Hour - Good fun and great comedy bounce with Chris Tucker.
What is your most favourite Jackie Chan film and why? Drunken Master II. The action is amazing. The fight scene against the old master under the train (spear vs butterfly sword) was incredible (skill and speed) - and the final fight scene in the factory at the end is the most memorable. The character he plays is cheeky and funny, and his mother and father in the movie are classics too.
Honorable mention: Have to say, I really enjoyed watching Little Big Soldier recently. Amazing cinematography, the action was well done, the story was great. Jackie's pet project was done so well.
