What Attracts You To Jackie & His Films?: I grew up watching Jackie’s films. They made up a staple part of my diet for Asian/Hong Kong cinema. He is hilarious as and his concoction for martial art films with action, comedy, and drama brought in the first steps towards my love for film.

What Attracts you to Jackie & his films? I grew up on his films when we had to get them imported and then eastern heros made it easier. Naturally a Bruce lee fan but Jackie made fighting and action fun – not to mention being a fellow stuntman he is at the top – definately one of the bravest people in the industry – plus he is cheeky and we all like that.
What do you admire the most about Jackie? he has made it on his own. he didn’t have friends or family in the industry to help him. he did it because he was brave. when you read his story it is inspirational, he used to make his own furniture, and now he is an industry – that is pure determination and that has to be admired.
Name the 3 Jackie Chan films that come to mind? only three – ok i really like meals on wheels and recently got to meet and train with Benny the jett – i also like canton and lady rose – and even though i know jackie is not a fan i also like city hunter cause it was a completely different style and also has richard norton in it who is also a legend. but there are many films i like also i like gorgeous cause it has Brad allen in it who i have also trained with. plus i’m a big fan of the early ones, but i probably should stop talking now
What is your most favourite Jackie Chan film and why? oh now that is too hard – i don’t really have a favourite – far to many to choose. how about dragon lord as there is some great action in this film. but i really can’t say. i like the earlier ones the best as they were made with determination and pain however the later ones are still great – Armour of God one and two are also great films. see i told you i couldn’t just pick one
